X11

If you install OpenOffice then you will also need to install X11 (if you don't already have it installed). The X virtual frame buffer (Xvfb) is sufficient as OpenOffice is run in headless mode. You don't need to understand this just follow the instructions :)

To install X11 run (or the appropriate Linux installer for your distribution):
apt-get update && apt-get install Xvfb
from a Linux command shell.
