Beta
4c has been released to correct possible problems with the waittime
passed to txfax which for some users may result in the fax line being
hungup before the fax can be transmitted.
Beta 4b set the waittime
to 20 seconds, 4c has increased this to 60 seconds and now allows the
value to be set via the AsterFax.xml.
Beta 4c also includes a
number of experimental features including the ability to utilize
sendmail to act as the SMTP gateway for AsterFax. These features are
not currently documnted (except for some notes in the sample
AsterFax.xml).
These experimental features will be fully documented in beta 5.
